Refund & Exchange Policy for Mixwix

After serving millions of satisfied customers, we’ve learned so much about providing a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience, and we are committed to delivering the best to our customers at Mixwix! Our team works diligently to ensure that the product images, descriptions, and titles are as clear as possible. We kindly ask that you carefully review the product details before placing your order. By making a purchase, you agree to all our terms and policies.

Eligibility for Exchange

If you are not happy with your product, we offer a 7-day exchange on all products except:

  • Tempered glass
  • Phone skins
  • Camera lens protectors
  • Items sold on sale or with offers

Exchange Conditions:

  • Request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange, email us at thrushield@gmail.com.
  • The product should be in intact condition (as it was delivered to you).
  • The product should not be used.
  • The protective film should not be removed.
  • Order ID & invoice must be available.
  • The product will only be eligible for exchange if it passes our quality check process after being returned.
  • Non-qualifying exchanges: Items purchased on sale or as part of a “Buy One Get One” (BOGO) offer.

Eligibility for Refund

We offer a 3-day refund via store credit on all products except:

  • Tempered glass
  • Phone skins
  • Camera lens protectors
  • Items sold on sale or with offers

Refund Conditions:

  • Request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a refund, email us at thrushield@gmail.com.
  • The product should be in intact condition (as it was delivered to you).
  • The product should not be used.
  • The protective film should not be removed.
  • Order ID & invoice must be available.
  • Refund will only be eligible if the returned product clears our quality check process.
  • Refund amounts will be processed within 48-72 hours after clearing the quality check.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders: Refunds will be processed after deducting COD charges.
  • Non-qualifying returns: Items purchased on sale or as part of a “BOGO” offer.

Store Credit Conditions:

  • Store credit can only be used for orders placed under your original account. It cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Store credit will be automatically applied to any future purchases on www.mixwix.in.
  • Orders that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance.
  • Cash on Delivery can be used on orders with a subtotal between ₹399 and ₹4999.

How to Obtain Your Balance:

  • Your store credit balance can be viewed on your Account Page.

Expiration:

  • Unused store credit expires 12 months from the date of issuance.

Non-Eligibility for Refund/Exchange:

Customers will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges in the following situations:

  • Self-placed wrong order (e.g., ordered the wrong model or product).
  • Products that are not as advertised.
  • Purchases made from local stores or other websites.
  • Products that are damaged but reported after 24 hours of receiving the product.
