1. How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call and email from Mixwix. It will include your order number and estimated time of delivery.

2. Can I modify my order after placing it?

We are able to make changes to your order only if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you need to modify anything, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at thrushield@gmail.com or calling +91 80621 78414.
Once the order is fulfilled, changes cannot be made. However, you can always place a new order for additional items. If you'd like to remove items from your order, please contact us so we can cancel the original order and you may place a new one.

3. How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your shipment details once it is dispatched. It will include the shipment number (AWB) and the name of the courier company.
You can track your order on the courier's website, or directly on our website. You may also contact us at thrushield@gmail.com for updates.

4. Are there any shipping charges?

Shipping charges may vary depending on your location and delivery options. Charges are calculated based on product weight, shipping address, and delivery method. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery (Rs. 99 extra).
Note: No cashback or free gifts are available with COD orders.
For better deals and perks, choose online payment.

We aim to ship all products within 2 working days and deliver within 5–6 working days. However, delays can occur due to:
